National University of Modern Languages (NUML) Seeks Assistant Director Academics (BPS-17)

The National University of Modern Languages (NUML) is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Assistant Director Academics (BPS-17) at its regional campuses in Quetta, Karachi, Multan, and Mirpur. Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction in the development and implementation of academic programs and policies.
• Oversee curriculum development and ensure alignment with national and international standards.
• Manage academic operations, including admissions, registration, and examinations.
• Supervise and support faculty members in their teaching and research endeavors.
• Foster a collaborative learning environment and promote student success.
• Represent the university at academic conferences and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director Academics or Rector.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of administrative and teaching experience in a university or educational institution at the BPS-16 level or equivalent.
• Proven track record of success in academic leadership and management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications and MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in the Academic Branch, Registrar Office, or Exam Cell of a university or educational institution.
• Excellent drafting skills.
